What counts as a ranked result?: A ranked result is a candidate that matches 100% of the criteria your team defined for the search. If it isn't a perfect fit, you aren't charged — you only pay for results that clear the bar.
Do you charge per seat?: Up to you. In Slack, your whole team can share one Orbit agent instance — billing, usage, and search history all get managed through one account, so everyone can collaborate on the same search.
Can I move between plans?: Yes. Free upgrades to Pay as you go or Pro the moment you hit the limit, and Enterprise is a phone call away when you want SSO, a dedicated index, or custom plugins.
How does billing work for paid plans?: Pay as you go and Pro are billed monthly via Stripe. You subscribe in a single hosted checkout, manage your card in a Stripe-hosted portal, and cancel whenever. Usage is metered per ranked result.
